Sell, stock and merchandise the nation's leading frozen pizza brands - Tombstone, DiGiorno and California Pizza Kitchen. This role is designed to maximize sales and customer service through effective planning, selling, ordering, and in-store servicing. A major objective of this role is to establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals. Incumbents are the store's sole contact and are responsible for sales and customer service at each store to which he/she is assigned.

 

Responsibilities/Accountabilities: -Sell all headquarter-authorized programs as well as incremental selling opportunities. -Establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals. -Determine inventory needs for planned route each day. -Manage stock levels in stores. -Ensure availability of supporting materials (POS/display materials, order forms) -Determine unique selling needs of individual stores. -Provide profit feedback information each period to store management. -Use prepared sell sheets to sell programs, SKUs, distribution voids, shippers, and displays. -Ensure invoice accuracy.

  • Job Requirements

    -Ability to perform physical duties of delivering frozen pizza product to retail stores via box truck; load delivery truck; pull, push and lift cases up to 25 lbs. Per case; drive delivery truck and work out of freezer unit in all types of weather conditions.

    - Must be available for early start times, for example 5am.
  • Must be able to obtain a CDL within 4 weeks of employment.
  • - Able to perform physical duties of lifting pushing and pulling product cases. Maximum case weight is approximately 25 lbs.
  • Sales or retail experience a plus, but not required.
  • Must complete and pass drug testing and background checks prior to employment.
  • -Willingness to work independently, in pursuit of team objectives. -Flexibility in work hours, days and locations. -Adaptability to a variety of work tasks, customers and associates. -Sociability in interpersonal interactions with variety of interesting people. -High personal drive for accomplishment of personal and business goals. -Desire to work on a winning team, with the best product line of its kinds. -Motivation to work toward, and take advantage of, career advancement opportunities.
