Job Description:
Supervises and coordinates maintenance, supply and transportation activities which generate labor dollar values between $1 and $6M managing 100+ employees. Essential Responsibilities:1. Provides guidance to deliver efficient work procedures, work schedules and workflow.2. Monitors contractual delivery orders, contract funds status, customer satisfaction and satellite job sites for contract compliance.3. Supervises, coordinates, assigns duties, provides leadership and reviews the work of assigned staff and/or contracts for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.4. Monitors and fosters harmony among the crew complement.5. Reviews composite reports from individual reports of subordinates prior to submission.6. Provides guidance to correct errors and complaints.7. Monitors work sites during and after completion to determine safety, quality and completeness.8. Monitors the process of work orders, labor time sheets and material requests for accuracy prior to submitting.9. Prepares written and oral reports to the Program Management staff as required.10. Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested by Program Manager.11. Knowledge in Billing Cycles.12. Ability to make sound decision and strong interpersonal skills while representing the company in a positive manner at customer meetings. Minimum Requirements:

(LSI) is currently seeking a qualified Supervisor II to manage Installation Directorate of Logistics (DOL) operations at Ft. Huachuca, AZ worksite location. Primary responsibilities and minimum experience requirements to include: Managing and coordinating maintenance, supply and transportation activities which generate labor dollar values between $6.5M and $20M involving 100 - 200 personnel. Bachelor's Degree desired. Minimum of seven (7) years as a production journeyman with at least two years in a Supervisory role with project management and budgetary responsibilities of up to $20M annually is required. Previous Fort Eustis and or DOL experience is highly desirable.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety orders, operation and maintenance instructions, maintenance, supply and transportation procedure manuals and contract delivery orders. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate at all levels effectively before management, customers and employees involved in organization. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as man-hour standards and percentages. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Position may require travel. Position requires the ability to pass and maintain security clearance background check.Must be able to meet physical requirements associated with and/or pass medical examination requirements related to performing daily assigned tasks.
