Qualifications As a Sales Professional within the first year you will: Learn within 6-8 months the intricate business model of one of the most dynamic and interesting Fortune 500 companies in the world by professional sales and product training facilitated by industry experts Grow your assigned territory. You will accomplish this by cold calling brokers and agencies. You will also be required to establish and maintain mutually benefiting relationships Develop a thorough understanding of our products and the benefits each one offers Educate brokers, agents and customers on a regular basis Conduct product presentations and training sessions You will get an opportunity to work on quotes that will generate our best selling opportunities Partner with our brokers and engage in a consultative partnership not only to help grow our business but their businesses as well Teaming up with administrative staff to effectively address account management issues Meet and/or exceed activity goals as it relates to number of new clients, quote activity, broker relationships, and sold premium In order to make a significant contribution to our Sales Team, we will focus our search on Sales Professionals with a proven track record of success in any industry.
