Responsibilities:
Determine and document appropriate accounting treatment for the Company's significant and/or non-recurring transactions, including interaction not only with our finance and accounting departments.
Follow emerging GAAP to determine how new guidance potentially can or will affect the Company and/or the industry.
Research and implement new accounting standards. Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley, internal controls and business process analysis.
Contribute to project of establishing comprehensive accounting policies for all significant and relevant accounting standards.
Keys:
1. Background in accounting & finance; Preference for Degree in Acc w/ masters in Finance and strong audit experience
2. CPA with Big 4 experience. Will consider large regional audit
3. 3+ Years experience
