Currently we are seeking a Sales Support Specialist I.Essential Job Responsibilities: 1.Manage the trafficking of completed proposals and contracts to Account Manager and Clients.2.Create reports which track study budgets vs. actual spend for specific customer base.3.Update Tracker database.4.Coordinate information collection activities for customer RFIs. Complete RFIs with collected information and assembly into presentation binder.5.Responsible for sending marketing materials to prospective and existing customers.6.Provide direct customer support for SAEs by acting as the backup to the Senior Sales Support Specialist and the SAE.7.Liaison between SAEs and other departments within the Quest Diagnostics Clinical Trials organization.8.Assist in the resolution of customer billing issues such as over-budget issues.9.Provide administrative support to the SAE in the completion of the bid process.Qualifications:1.High School Diploma or equivalent.2.Strong numerical and analytical skills.3.Strong communication skills.4.Previous numerical and sales support experience.
