Job Description 

Responsible for the supervision of a team of Business Account Executives that acquire new business customers for Comcast's broadband Internet and Video service(s).

Develop, motivate and coach business account executives to ensure they meet and exceed sales quotas.

Lead team by example in key areas of prospecting, time management, funnel management, forecasting, product knowledge, and closing business.

Drive sales growth through high energy and a "make it happen attitude."

Support all company policies and implement company initiatives and programs.

Willingness and desire to travel within the region to support the sales team and their activities.

Oversee customer orders to ensure they are processed correctly and in a timely manner.

Maintain personal performance and contact information including contact database, activity reporting, and sales forecasts.

Monitor competitive activity, market conditions, provide feedback, and suggestions to management regarding new product addition and existing product deletion.

Perform other duties as required by the Sales Director.
 

Job Requirements 

Associate Degree required but prefers a Bachelor's degree.

Two plus years of successful sales management, preferably in a related field or a successful tenure as a sales professional.

Ideal candidate will be an individual who has a proven track record of managing a team that "hunts for new business~ and exceeds quota.

Strong technology background in Telecom, Voice, Data, Software, and Hardware.

Excellent verbal, written, communication and strong negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and complete tasks successfully.

Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and a strong leader with excellent interpersonal/communication skills is essential. Winning ~can-do~ attitude and strong work ethic as evidenced by a track record of success in business, education, or extracurricular activities.

Must be able to clearly and effectively set goals and then attain them as evidenced by a track record.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.

Must be computer literate (i.e., spreadsheets, word processing, and scheduling).
