Description Computers Technical Project/ Program Managers III (multiple openings) Ericsson Services is seeking Technical Project/ Program Managers III (multiple openings) in Overland Park, KS, to act as a subject matter expert and highest point of technical problem escalation within Performance Measurements and Analytics for customer experience metrics. Requires Masters or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering plus 2 years experience in designing, implementing and optimizing large scale databases to process real time and historical network data; and creating critical web tools for proactively detecting problems with the CDMA and iDEN networks.
