Purpose:
Finance Manager

In this role, you will oversee management reporting
generated for all critical functions (Operations, Marketing and
other key divisions at the company).

You will supervise the financial analysis reporting group, with up to 5 direct reports.

Main Responsibilities include:

Supervise the financial analysis group of 4 to 5 employees.

Review report functionality to ensure consistency and uniformity across multiple venues.

Interact with various departments to ensure necessary data analysis is provided.

Responsible for the review of data in reports to ensure consistent application of company defined metrics and calculations.

Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of financial analysis experience

Superior leadership and team building skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Track record of decisiveness and impact in career
