Directs all aspects of division's medical insurance claims and collection processes. Responsible for developing/implementing claims and collection policies/procedures across therapies. Manages accounts receivable to maximize reimbursement and obtain financial results. Work closely with Operations, Clearance Department to ensure optimal and efficient 'front-end' process to optimize cash collections.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field and 8+ plus years healthcare claims/collection experience; including previous managerial experience.
