My client is a NYSE traded Real Estate company who is seeking a Finance Director to assist Executive Management with both monthly internal reporting and ad hoc analysis. Job Requirements

We are seeking candidates with 7-10 + years experience in real estate and excellent presentation and communication skills. The primary responsibilities include:
  • Debt covenant reporting and compliance
  • Financial and Operational analysis
  • Cash Flow analysis and modeling
  • Joint venture consolidation and reporting
  • Acquisition and disposition accounting
  • Corporate Budgeting assistance as required
  • Public Reporting assistance
  • Internal/ External auditor communication
