Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
Answer or direct inquiries of incoming calls.
Experience in Customer service in Automotive industry is a MUST!
Serves as a key contact to end users or customers.
Troubleshooting and resolving inquiries.
Managing orders for customers and ensuring the orders are processed efficiently.
Excellent data entry skills are needed.
Taking detailed orders via fax or phone.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
Prior help desk or call center experience is required.
Location: Strongsville, OH
Hours: Monday - Friday (8am to 5 pm) must work 1 week per month 11AM-8PM
