Position Summary
Based at our World Headquarters office in Media, PA, these newly created, highly visible, sales positions will report directly to the Corporate Sales team. 
 
Maintain current accounts and customer relations, educate current and prospective customers on products, and generate profitable sales. Facilitate lead qualification and action plans to service new and existing opportunities.
 
Successful candidates will complete an extensive orientation and training program to prepare them for future Account Manager career opportunities.
 
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Manage and support existing customer base via Inside Sales.
  • Prospects for new customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Advise customers on products and materials that best suits their needs.
  • Works closely with Account Managers to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Qualifies incoming and existing leads and determines appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Develops call plans to effectively service customers and maximize potential sales / profits for organization.
  • Captures all relevant opportunities, risks, and competitive activity into CRM (salesforce.com).

Job Requirements 

  • BA/BS (in business preferred)
  • Some prior sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent PC skills.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to positively interact with all levels of the organization in a team environment.
  • Up to 15% domestic travel.
  • Ability to relocate.
