Primary Position Description:

Act as the Retirement Benefits Group liaison to ClientLink & eRelationship teams at HQ to establish and execute marketing campaigns and key positioning that support our clients. Incumbent is responsible for all e-marketing functions for the Retirement Benefits Group.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Execute the e-Marketing strategy for the RBG group. Development and implementation of timely, accurate and effective market-specific and EQUI-VEST product marketing information on axa-equitable.com and agent websites.

a. Serves as the primary interface among product managers and Web Strategies' team to manage effective communication of the needs, schedules and strategies

b. Ensures that all product content on websites is current, accurate, compliant and approved by stakeholders.

c. Coordinates development and delivery of business requirement detail necessary to ensure that product-marketing resources for financial professionals are comprehensive and correct.

d. Using the Team Site builds and approves necessary pages to effectively communicate product and regulatory details to prospects, clients and financial professionals.

e. Supports Web Strategies in delivering resources for use on the Web (e.g. graphics, photos, fact sheets, prospectuses).

f. Partners with Web Strategies to develop and implement strategic and creative enhancements to support product marketing and employer-sponsored market specific communications.

g. Develops content, structure and provides Web support for groups and/or employers with specialized website needs (e.g. the RBG homepage; IBC pages on the Gateway)

h. Participates in any launches for product marketing check out of releases (Friday night/Weekend check-out).

2. RBG liaison to ClientLink team at HQ

a. Develops new and manages existing RBG/market-specific materials on ClientLink.

b. Works with internal communications specialist to promote ClientLink tool to RBG/market dedicated fps

c. Works with VP Marketing and ClientLink team to transition increase mailing platform Letter Xpress to ClientLink.

3. RBG liaison to eRelationship team at HQ

a. Develops new and manages existing RBG/market-specific materials on eRelationship.

b. Works with internal communications specialist to promote eRelationship tool to RBG/market dedicated fps

c. Interfaces with RBG/market dedicated fps to determine ongoing needs for the platform

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years with proven track record in e-marketing including web and e-mail.
  • Minimum of 7 years financial industry, e-Marketing and/or sales experience
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Detailed knowledge of products and e-Marketing concepts
  • Ability to establish project plans, timelines, priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical skills and ability to understand data and results and make appropriate recommendations
  • Proven ability to execute.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Proficient with word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, database management software
  • Superior writing skills
