Our customer is a prestigious international bank who has recently opened their new call center and is looking for excellent candidates to fill their bilingual French positions. Candidates are expected to be able to start asap! Pay is $12hr Job Description: These positions will be working in the Credit department. Handles inbound calls and provides quality customer service in accordance with standards and guidelines set by the department. Maintains adequate service levels, quality and productivity standards set by the department. Ensures exceptional customer service and quality customer care. Work within company guidelines to ensure that customers receive accurate timely and dependable assistance. Training is provided. Employees will be working 5 days a week but we are looking for flexibility for all 7 days. There are various shifts available: 7am - 2pm 9am-4pm 11am-6pm 12pm - 9pm 6pm-11pm MUST be flexible to work weekends. MUST be bilingual French. MUST have at least 1 year of customer service experience. Experience in the banking industry preferred but not required. MUST live a commutable distance to Mahwah, NJ (zip code 07430).
