The Senior Pricing Strategist, reporting to the Director of Suite Product Management, is responsible for pricing strategy, development of pricing and discounting plans as well as tracking and monitoring key pricing metrics. Responsible for setting pricing policy across the complete Kronos Workforce Central Suite.
The Senior Pricing Strategist will work very closely with the Product Line Directors to develop product pricing plans for each product line. Will also work closely with the sales teams to track competitive pricing policies and monitor pricing feedback from prospects and customers. This person will also interface with Kronos senior management to align product pricing plans and processes with key corporate objectives.
- Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of pricing experience for enterprise software companies or similar finance/quantitative roles.
- Must have experience working with sales teams to monitor and manage key metrics
- Must have a proven ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and different organizational levels to deliver results
- Must have strong leadership skills to collaborate with a team of senior professionals
- Should have strong experience developing pricing strategies and plans
- Should have experience incorporating the needs of international markets.
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
