International Export Coordinator

ATK Commercial Products is a leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ammunition and hunting, shooting and tactical accessories.Our brands include Federal Premium, Outers, RCBS, Weaver, CCI Ammunition, Speer, and Champion Target.We proudly service government, law enforcement and commercial customers.

Our Lewiston, ID location is seekingtwo (2) International Export Coordinators to add to our team.This location has a rich history in the community and has been operating for over 50 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming orders, review and process within turnaround guidelines
  • Apply and maintain U. S. Department of State and U. S. Department of Commerce licenses in accordance with regulations
  • Review Letters of Credit with banking institutions and credit department
  • Respond to customer communications and freight quote requests
  • Coordinate shipments with internal and external customers (sales managers, manufacturing, credit, shipping, freight forwarders and direct customers)
  • Maintain all files in accordance with import/export regulations.

    Education and Experience Requirements:
  • 2 years international customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Preferred:
  • Bachelors degree
  • 1+ years experience using IBM AS400 mainframe
  • 2+ years experience in a sales support environment preferred
