Candidate will work closely with sales executives and will be responsible for providing finished proposals and quotes.
Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that proposals, quotes, and contracts are commensurate with financial and technical guidelines of the company.
Candidate will need to work with other functional areas within the business to to determine product and functional guidelines as it relates to creating quotes and proposals.
Candidate will be responsible for maintaining quoting tool and ensuring that it meets business needs.
Candidate should have experience working with, and an understanding of the dynamics of, a large sales organization.
Candidate must poses excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paces environment.
Candidate should have experience with CRM tools, quoting tools, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint.
