Kelly Services has immediate openings for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives at a Technology company in Roseville.
Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English.
A strong customer service background is required. Candidates will be responding to inbound calls and emails in a timely manner. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED or Higher Degree is required.
Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Call Center experience is a plus.
Type basic level - 30 Net Words per Minute
Windows XP Basic Level
Screening Process:
Pre-employment Background Screen that consists of a 10 year Criminal History Check, Employment Verification for the past 10 years, Social Security Number Trace, and an Education Verification and Pre-employment Drug Test.
