Our client is one of the largest for-profit, post-secondary education companies in North America. As a member of the Print Center team, you’ll enjoy rapid career advancement in an entrepreneurial, employee-friendly environment. The Print Coordinator will support day to day functions of Purchasing and Bookstore Operations as it relates to Print Fulfillment and reporting. Perform product research on print material, textbook pricing for use by the campus locations. Provide Customer Service support to all CCi schools as needed to ensure successful operation of print fulfillment. Major Areas of Responcibility - Assists print production schedules, estimates, invoices and internal reporting
- Able to effectively execute multiple assignments on time and within specified time frames
- Act as the direct school contact in regards to print and promotional vendors, direct mail and external fulfillment centers
- Solicits bids for estimate, quotation and works with the Director of Bookstore Operations in awarding assignments
- Compile and process a variety of data-driven reports including month end reporting and inventory reconciliation
- Assist and provide input on cost savings initiatives related to print and fulfillment
- Organize and maintain project files
- Assist with pricing of textbooks
- Assist with the reporting of textbook publisher spend information
- Assist and complete other duties as assigned
Knowledge, skills and abilities Ability to interact effectively with the public and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to make decisions in accordance with procedures, laws and regulations and to apply these to work problems. Three + (3+) years effective and relevant purchasing/ print experience. Must have strong computer skills, including experience using Excel, Word and an emphasis on Access.
