This position requires someone with: the ability to assess the vital signs of the healthcare industry, and help providers refine strategies and deliver results that have a profound impact on the health of patients and the bottom line an entrepreneurial initiative to develop relationships with current and prospective clients A high level of interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and present to clients a business aptitude to partner with Gallup consultants to build and manage innovative solutions and translate trusted science and vast knowledge into customized solutions for our clients' specific needs the courage to influence senior-level decision makers a desire to be measured and compensated based on performance an insatiable need to achieve new goals and excel among peers the aspiration to build a successful, long-term consulting career at Gallup
A graduate degree and at least 3 years of consulting or business development experience in a healthcare related field is required.
