At this time Dynamic Logic is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join the team in New York, NY.
The Dynamic Logic (DL) Human Resources Business Partner will work with DL business leaders and the Millward Brown Human Resources Department to assist DL business leaders to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes innovation, quality, empowerment, goal attainment, and recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
With guidance from DL business leaders and the Millward Brown VP of Human Resources, the HR Business Partner works to ensure that talent in their organization is functioning at the highest level. This includes providing advice to management on staffing issues, Change Management for fast growing business, Organization Development, training needs and general morale boosters.
In addition, the Business Partner works on various initiatives to help drive business results, employee development and retention.
Primary Responsibilities
This position provides a vital link between management and employees on all levels on a daily basis. This will include advising DL business leaders on appropriate measures for employee retention, training, professional and personal growth, while making certain that all employee concerns are handled in a timely fashion and with the utmost professionalism. More specifically, this person will be expected to:
Gain general knowledge of Dynamic Logic business, products, clients and employees, and MB HR processes.
Build strong relationship with DL management, MB Human Resources and DL employees.
Provide consultancy, advice and coaching to business leaders as appropriate.
Work side by side with leaders to evaluate talent.
Proactively identify talent management needs including acquisition, promotion and development. Liaising with MB, implement best practices and systems for recruiting, retention, and employee development.
Develop and implement learning and development initiatives specific to DL. Coordinate on other (WPP or MB-wide) training initiatives.
Liaise with DL business leaders on compensation matters; lead periodic assessments of compensation packages to ensure competitiveness and equity. Liaise with MB on benefits administration and competitiveness.
Work with DL business leaders to define and align HR strategy with business strategy.
Engage non-management employees to gain their trust.
Work with leaders to develop ESS strategy based on results.
When appropriate, challenge current assumptions with the goal of improving DL.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze results to determine trends.
Lead HR learning and development programs as necessary.
Participate in various HR team projects.
Secondary Responsibilities and Skills

Required Experience
Bachelors Degree Required
Minimum 5 years of HR experience
Knowledge of HR functional areas with an emphasis on organizational effectiveness and talent management as well as strategic planning issues
Excellent communication skills, empathic style.
Need to enjoy working in fast paced, quickly changing environment. Flexible style is essential.
Creative approach to problem solving
Ability to develop project plans and to lead and complete projects
Ability to influence leaders
Prior training experience helpful
Prior experience working with acquired company helpful
