Director of Financial Planning and Analysis 150K

I have an outstanding opportunity for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. This is a newly created position that will have high visibility in a multi faceted role. Job Requirements

Summary of Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance MBA a plus
  • 10+ years experience in Finance and a minimum of 5 years in retail organizations and in team management.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of Finance functions.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to analyze, problem-solve and think strategically.
  • Proven leadership ability.
  • Detail oriented.
  • High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Proven history as a Financial “Teacher/Partner” to business units.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and build strong relationships throughout the organization.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, develop and motivate employees.
  • Ability to effectively interact with and influence the Executive Team Develop a staff of highly effective teammates, motivated towards accomplishing functional objectives and contributing to Company goals.
