Description:
How would you like to work for a Fortune 1000 company? Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for an accounting auditor to work for one of our most sought after companies in the area. This is a contract assignment working in an outstanding company culture.
We are looking for candidates to audit and process expense reports in Concur. This candidate would report along with customer service to our client and their employees regarding their travel and entertainment expenses.
Concur customer service activities including research, problem resolution and reconciliation of accounts, policy exceptions and fraud detection.
Special projects as needed.
Ad hoc audits as needed. Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years business experience.
Excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of management.
Ability to multi-task, team player and be able to work under pressure.
Ability to prioritize and accomplish large volumes of work.
Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
Strong systems knowledge of Oracle Payables.
Concur, High View, American Express at Work, and PeopleSoft knowledge preferred.
MS Excel, Outlook, and Word required.
T&E Policy knowledge.

Pay Rate: 13.00 - 13.50 Hourly DOE
