Classification: Full-time
Compensation: $50000 to $55000 per year
STAFF ACCOUNTING - milne
To US$55,000 plus 100% free healthcare, free meal plan and many other benefits
My client is a private members club located in downtown Washington DC (metro accessible). Their annual revenues are in excess of $10 million and they are looking to hire a new Staff Accountant, reporting to the Director of Finance covering the following main duties:
Manage all aspect of payroll
Preparation of journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliation
Account payable / accounts receivable
Asst with the preparation of all Audit work papers
Balance sheet account analysis
Preparation of inventory accounting
To be considered for this excellent fulltime vacancy with an excellent line manager, you should ideally posses and four year degree, minimum three years relevant experience gained ideally in the non or not for profit industry sector. Knowledge of AP, AR, Payroll, bank recs and journal entries are a must
