Position Description:
Positions in this function are primarily responsible for the effective delivery of training programs across the organization. Keeps abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems. May also be involved in the design process. Positions delivering operations specific training, such as Claims or Customer Service, are in the Training Delivery-Operational function.

Job Requirements

• Must have an RN license for this position
• 2 plus years of training experience is required
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Corporate environment experience is a plus
• Software training experience is a plus
• MS Office experience is highly preferred. (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Classroom training experience is highly preferred
• Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
• Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
• Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
• Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
