Performance Resources LLC is a service entity that supports the business management plans, including estimating, to United Excel, United Medical Design Builders, Synergy Systems, and Woochteen United. It is an innovative, progressive, quality performance service firm in the Kansas City area.

We are seeking a well qualified initial outfitter/procurement manager to lead and manage all initial outfitting efforts for all projects. Please see job description below:

Requirements Initial Outfitting (I/O) project management includes the development of transition/relocation plans and schedules, an I/O budget, master product/supply lists and public relations plans for initiatives that include Resource Protection, Communications, Medical Equipment, Furniture & Furnishings, Office Equipment & Computer Systems and Artwork among others;

Must be able to effectively communicate with all internal team members as will as end Users during the coordination and planning process; Individual responsible for controlling the cost, schedule, quality, scope and risk of each initial outfitting initiative.

Must have past experience performing similar functions. Need to have a full understanding of the construction industry and understanding of RFP's and scope of work. Please apply if you meet these qualifications.
