Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the coordination and merchandising of specific product lines for the division and reports directly to the Merchandising Manager. Works closely with the market managers, product line managers, creative team, purchasing, manufacturing, marketing master data and other groups to effectively launch new and build existing product lines. Supports the efforts of the marketing team, sales team, customer service, and manufacturing by providing timely responses to requests for information and promotions. Responsible for solving product problems, identifying the issues, recommending solutions and implementing corrective actions. Also responsible for making recommendations regarding pricing issues. Completes and coordinates portions of the NPI form and ensures all new products are set-up in SAP and online. Performs project work as assigned

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent business experience. Three to five years of business experience comprising merchandising/marketing. Requires a strong ability to prioritize and execute a number of assignments, as well as daily demands of customer service. Demonstrated analytical ability, organizational skills and thorough documentation and record keeping abilities. Strong written communication and proofreading skills. Ability to be creative and flexible under tight deadline pressure
