Bartech Enterprise Staffing specializes in temporary and direct placement of Engineering, IT, Technical, Finance & Accounting, and Professional staff.
Currently we are seeking individuals for the following position:
CALL CENTER SERVICE MANAGER
Client Located in TAMPA, FL
- Prior experience with East business ordering and billing systems
- Prior experience in an e-Commerce environment
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work and communicate with international teams
- Bi-lingual
- This position is national in scope; candidate must be flexible to support hours of operations. The Center's hours of operations are currently Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM EST. However, extended hours may be required including potential weekend support.
Position responsible for providing timely and accurate written communications via live chat application to small and medium-sized business customers via Verizon.com web site.
- Responsible for assessing business customers needs while determining the appropriate products to support their application.
- Candidate should be efficient in maneuvering through legacy systems and effective in accessing and utilizing on-line reference tools and applications
- Candidate should be able to exercise judgement and discretion within established policies and procedures.
- Candidate is responsible for providing Help Desk support to customer inquiries with regard to orders, products and/or technical assistance managing account on-line.
- Candidate is expected to achieve quality, productivity, revenue (transitioning to a sale) and reliability measurements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 year supporting business customers in a call center environment, or 2-3 years supporting consumer or business customers in an on-line environment
- Excellent written (business professional) communications skills
- Strong business product knowledge (CentraNet/CustoPAK, HSI, FiOS, Wireless bundles, product bundles, etc.)
- Prior experience with West business ordering and billing systems (Cofee, NOCV, SSP)
- Excellent and accurate typing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Internet navigational knowledge
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment
