This position will employ leading edge technology to explore and define novel engineering processes that will provide PepsiCo with both technical and business competitive advantages.  The incumbent will lead key corporate Food Processing Research projects and collaborate with R&D colleagues from PepsiCos regional R&D centers across the globe. 
Job Requirements

10 plus years experience in Industrial and/or academic experience in fluid mechanics, interface and colloid science, and nanotechnology is highly desirable.  Strong analytical or experimental skills a plus.    
A Masters/Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or related fields is highly desired.
