What Field Sales Admin/Ops Gnlst contributes to Carefusion

Responsible for developing, quantifying and evaluating the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence (includes: data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, metrics management and reporting); and, for identifying, creating and implementing processes that profitize, optimize and support the entire field sales organization (includes: customer contract implementation, contract compliance, strategic field sales resource deployment, on-boarding and basic training) to support the strategic objectives of the sales organization, drive operational excellence and maximize contract value.

  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of business unit sales organizations and field sales operating practices (business analytics and applications, compensation analytics/research/resolution, contract analytics and optimization, advanced sales tools)
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of how (internal/external) customers' needs relate to CareFusion's sales success
  • Works independently and generates conclusions around data to drive process improvements and systems improvements and to increase accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness in support of sales strategies
  • Creates advanced business analytics and reporting by synthesizing information from multiple sources and systems
  • Leverages specific tools by analyzing and generating ideas for better utilization of tools and articulates these ideas to a broad range and levels of BU and departmental personnel
  • Facilitates/manages processes in a moderately complex matrix environment
  • Proactively provides customers a quality experience through effective communication; listens to internal/external customers' needs and takes actions to meet them
  • Develops on-boarding agendas and communicates across BU, troubleshoots, tracks field improvement metrics
  • Provides feedback to managers for performance coaching
  • Works independently and generates conclusions around data to drive process improvements and systems improvements and to increase accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness in customer contract administration
  • Identifies profit leaks and makes recommendations to optimize customer contract performance
  • Manages the contract implementation plan, assists in reviewing the data, working with and guiding sales reps through the process
  • Ability to abalyze company reports and assist with sales orders and backlog. Ability to analyze and report metrics for sales channels.

Accountabilities in this role
Ability to analyze company reports and assist with sales orders and backlog.
Ability to analyze and report metrics for sales channels.
Ability to work independently and is detail oriented.
Accounting, finance or analyst background preferred.
Skilled with excel and power point.

 
Qualifications
Bachelors in business or related field required
Minimum 5 years of general business experience

Advanced computer skills

Strong communication skills

customer service, problem solving and analytical skills required
