Function: Sales Administration/Operations Family: Field Sales Admin/Ops Gnlst What Field Sales Admin/Ops Gnlst contributes to Carefusion Responsible for developing, quantifying and evaluating the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence (includes: data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, metrics management and reporting); and, for identifying, creating and implementing processes that profitize, optimize and support the entire field sales organization (includes: customer contract implementation, contract compliance, strategic field sales resource deployment, on-boarding and basic training) to support the strategic objectives of the sales organization, drive operational excellence and maximize contract value. What is expected of you and others at this level in Sales Administration/Operation for functional success - Works to understand complex functional situations by paying attention to the details of the tasks at hand and by breaking them down into smaller pieces
- Demonstrates and executes on knowledge and understanding of relevant business process(es) (organization and/or function-specific processes) at various levels to ensure successful completion of project, process, etc.
- Uses deep subject matter/functional expertise, influence and process skills to help internal/external customers and stakeholders identify and meet their high priority needs while considering cultural and diversity implications.
- Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency while providing flawless transactions, services and products; manages monetary assets and other resources to optimize cost effectiveness.
- Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of protocols, programs or deliverables; compares measurement results to standards and takes
Accountabilities in this role Ability to analyze company reports and assist with sales orders and backlog. Ability to analyze and report metrics for sales channels. Ability to work independently and is detail oriented. Accounting, finance or analyst background preferred. Skilled with excel and power point. Qualifications Bachelors in business or related field required Minimum 5 years of general business experience Advanced computer skills Strong communication skills customer service, problem solving and analytical skills required
