Our Orange, CA office is currently seeking a CEQA/NEPA Professional.  Qualified candidates will have experience with CEQA/NEPA Permitting.  Experience in the Energy Industry, including Oil and Gas, Renewable Development, Utilities and Transmission-Distribution is helpful.   Job duties will include preparing multi-disciplinary environmental permit applications, integration with the full Engineering - Procurement - Construction process, budget and schedule controls, senior staff support, and client/agency interface.



 

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience writing reports for and meeting with clients and/or governmental regulators, as well as strong knowledge of relevant federal and state environmental regulations.   Preferred candidates will demonstrate experience and capabilities in Business Development, Account Management and Project Management in California. Strong communications skills are a necessity. Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Geology, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or related degree required. Less than 25% travel required.
