PARATRANSIT
SCHEDULERS
(PART-TIME)
Successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers by efficiently scheduling and dispatching ride requests for CATA Paratransit services. Qualifications include excellent customer service skills, familiarity with Windows software, excellent map reading, typing and data entry skills and working knowledge of Ingham County and Lansing Metropolitan areas. This position will require availability to work flexible hours including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
