Description
-Log in and stamp incoming and outgoing Coverage Change items for Coverage Change Team
Open incoming mail. Distribute incoming reports and correspondence to appropriate departments and/or individuals
Review billing statements received daily from lockbox for communication from customer regarding changes in address, phone number, etc. and forward to Customer Service for updates
Verify accuracy of billing and generate cover letter for mailing
Post premium remittance to update policy maintenance record in PMSC
Reconcile received remittances to list billing
Other clerical duties as assigned

Requirements
-High School Diploma or Equivalency required
One year of accounting experience preferred
One year of general office experience preferred
Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Office Products required
Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and concisely, verbally and in writing
Ability to comprehend and act on new procedures
Attention to detail
Excellent organization skills
Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
Must support and comply with Company policies and procedures, including the practices set forth in the Company's Core Values, Business Principles and Rules of Conduct.
Join our business casual environment with flexible hours and shifts up to 18 hours per week (between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM). Training is provided, but some experience is required.
Benefits are not available for part-time workers.
