Description REFRIGERATION SUPERVISOR Washington Potato Company, located in Pasco, WA. is currently recruiting for a Refrigeration Supervisor. This position will maintain and operate plant Refrigeration, Boiler, and Utility supply equipment including piping and pumps to minimize downtime. Train and direct B/R in the effective operation and maintenance of their assigned equipment. Work closely with plant Maintenance and other employees to reduce downtime and improve machine efficiency. Interact with plant management to enhance operation of equipment. Minimum qualification for the candidate selected for this position * Must possess experience supervising and/or operating a processing plant ammonia refrigeration system * Qualified in welding, using a cutting torch, plumbing, mechanics and electricity. * Exhibited ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English * Must possess a High School diploma or GED * Food processing experience * Must be willing to work any shift and hours as assigned * Learn, understand, practice, and enforce GMP's and promote policies in force at the Plant. * Must be able to communicate effectively. * Must be willing to do paperwork associated with job. * Must be physically capable of doing the job. * Must be willing to work any shift and any hours assigned.
