With minimum supervision operates the ultrasound unit to produce accurate images for the diagnosis of disease states. Must be familiar with or willing to cross-train in computerized axial tomography. Job Requirements
Preferred minimum of one (1) year of experience in a hospital environment, but will accept students from an AMA approved School of Ultrasound. Must possess excellent human relations skills to promote growth among staff members. Must be able to objectively make decisions regarding any associate or departmental conflicts. Must also be able to demonstrate good writing and speaking skills to communicate effectively.RDMS. Must be registered or registry eligible and complete the requirements for registration within the first year of employment. Will cross-train appropriate ARRT (R), candidate for this position. RDMS.
