Experience: COMPTIA Security+ ® Certification is desired
Knowledge of IA security policies and procedures
Duties: Perform outstanding customer service support as IA support and end user support requests for all operating systems, peripherals and applications
Demonstrate an understanding of customer interface with various systems.
Demonstrate an ability to implement tracking methods to include troubleshooting, implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures, implementation of online warning systems, implementation of applicable patches (IAVA, IAVB, CTO, INFOCON and TA).
Demonstrate the knowledge of vulnerabilities in an operating environment and be able to enter assets into the required vulnerability management system for tracking.
Ability to plan, execute and test of IA safeguards
Installation and operation of IT systems and applicable applications.
