SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Assumes responsibility and accountability for the provision of resident care according to professional standards of nursing practice in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Utilizes resources in an efficient and economic manner to ensure each resident achieves the highest practicable physical, mental, and social well-being. Performs any and all professional nursing duties as determined by qualifications and training.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Registered Nurse with current active state license and a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
EXPERIENCE: 1-year professional experience in a long-term care setting. Supervisory experience preferred.
SKILLS: Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and clinical skills.
