As a Retail Foodservice Manager you will plan, direct and coordinate retail activities in order to deliver a finished product to customers within a service area(s). You will directly supervise two or more employees with responsibility of hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increase. Responsibility will include Cafeteria, Catering and Doctors Dining areas. Performs manual labor no more than 20% of the time.
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree (and/or requisite industry & management experience) and 2+ years of foodservice or supervisory experience. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable. Must have good communication skills, be assertive and implement ARAMARK standards. |
