Job Description:
Manage, coordinate, and carry out numerous program support tasks for Engineering and Modernization business organization. Interface with internal functional teams and external customers for planning, prioritization, and issue resolution of overall activities in the support of business operations and business development goals. Coordinate and maintain program documentation with internal and external teams including plans, schedules, briefings, reports correspondence, contracts/contract modifications, technical instructions/procedures and/or related material. Prepare routine and non-routine program correspondence, documentation, and reports. Create and maintain master files/schedules related to program history, execution and status for the life of the program. Review, evaluate, and provide assessments of technical and non-technical program reports; research specific areas and prepare findings. Interface with internal and external program participants to coordinate overall activities to support organizational goals. Coordinate and update weekly operations and marketing reports, and operations briefing materials. coordinate business conference calls and meetings, including preparation of materials. Provide contract administration support as required. Coordinate and update business development charts and data calls. Coordinate and support proposal activities. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested. position may require travel up to 3 days/month.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least three (3) years of job related experience or equivalent.Excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; self-starter; detail-oriented; able to work under deadlines; MS Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. DOD services proposal and contracting process skills a plus.Experience and proven track record in DOD contracting environment preferred. Experience supporting business development activities including proposal preparation or coordination a plus.
