Supervise the activities of production workers in a value stream

Utilize your strong lean manufacturing background
This position requires an understanding of the technical aspects of production processes, WELDING experience is a must, strong manufacturing supervision background and must be well-versed in lean manufacturing, having used it extensively in a manufacturing environment. A hands on approach to effectively manage people.
