Position Description:
Position Summary : This Silverscript Premium Billing Senior Analyst position will support the maintenance of Silverscript premium business, which includes the support of a major Silverscript client. Should have operations experience. Tasks will include maintaining invoicing and system collections for the client(s), account reconciliations, financial analysis and support. This position will also support manual adjustments to beneficiary accounts when and where applicable. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical. This position will also interact cross-functionally with other internal and external business partners. Other support duties can include however may not be limited to: daily and month end reconciliations, payment verifications and data validation within different databases, reconciliation of client support files and working with client contacts. The individual will also assist in any project work as needed as well as interface with the client.
Qualifications:
Qualifications : Proficiency in MS Word, MS Access and Excel required. Strong technical skills desired. Experience in working with automated financial systems; ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Experience in documenting policy and procedures. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Experience in analysis of financial data including reconciliations and accounting problem solving. Experience in data mining/manipulation. Strong communication skills. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication skills to work with both internal and external customers. Demonstrated ability to problem solve moderate to complex issues. Should have an understanding in operational protocol.
Education : B.S. in business, finance or accounting required.
Experience : At least 6 years relevant finance or analytical work experience. Experience with premium/insurance company billing preferred. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Access and Excel required. Moderate to strong technical skills. Experience in working with automated financial systems; ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in financial reconciliations is a plus. Strong communication skills to work with both internal and external customers and management. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to problem solves varying degrees of complexity. Experience in management and/or client reporting a plus. Client interfacing experience a plus.
