Our domestic strength and extensive global network provides our employees with the best of both worlds - the friendliness of a local organization and the resources of a worldwide network - for diverse experiences and challenging career opportunities.  Develops, manages and expands an existing portfolio and acquires new business of smaller and less complex small business customer relationships at service levels that meet or exceed customer expectations. Serve as subject matter expert on small business products and services for personnel within assigned branch. Monitor assigned portfolio, particularly new relationships, through structured and regular contact with customers to ensure their needs are fulfilled with service levels that meet or exceed their expectations, ensure a high quality, new account experience and discover and act on potential cross-sell opportunities. Acquire new small business relationships by proactively pursuing referrals and walk-in customers, as well as externally if appropriate. Meet with current and potential small business customers to discuss their financial requirements, sell appropriate financial services products to meet their needs while developing and expanding account relationships.  Cross-sell other Company products and services to include Premier and consumer accounts to further expand relationships, refer them to other specialized product areas as required. Complete all sales activity documentation to provide a record for performance tracking and assist in targeting future sales efforts. Adhere to established customer interaction standards for every transaction. Represent the Company in community organizations and activities to enhance the Company’s image and promote and develop additional business through the development and expansion of referral sources. Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Company and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.
