We are currently seeking a Case Manager to be a part of our team in Harrisburg. Excellent Benefits and Work Environment.
Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for successfully processing insurance applications from the time that they are received through the point at which the policy is issued. Because the successful and timely processing of applications directly impacts company revenue, this is a highly visible and important position within Crump. This position will require a significant amount of relationship management responsibility, as this individual will interact with a wide variety of internal and external parties. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a face-paced, sales-oriented environment and be adept at maintaining and solidifying important business relationships. Specific duties include:
Review all incoming insurance applications to make sure they are properly/thoroughly completed. Communicate application status to all interested parties (agents, carriers, sales, management, etc.). Proactively take all necessary actions to move the application process forward. Negotiate for preferential rates with various insurance carriers. Maintain and solidify relationships with the agents (clients) that submit business through CRUMP. Qualifications
Will consider a recent college grad!
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 2+ years of customer service experience. 1-2 years of Life insurance experience preferred. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales oriented environment. Demonstrated history of relationship management success. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
