My client, a small, efficient, financially stable hospital is seeking a Director of Laboratory Services to oversee the planning and coordination of business operations, as well as short and long term objectives for the facility. The ideal candidate must a track record of fostering cohesive work environments, must have experience in working in a JCAHO accredited lab and must be knowledgeable of CMS.
BS in Medical Technology with ASCP or equivalent along with 3-5 years supervisory experience is a must. Electronic Medical Records experience is preferred
