They are responding to issues via email 99% of the time,
it can be part time AND potentially work from home.
Part time initially, 10+ hours / week, ramp up beyond that.
MUST be local folks, will need to be in Philly for meetings/training, etc.
utilize your computer
They do not have to be "tech" people; just know how to find a file
on a comp and VERY basic navigation on a computer.
They're responding to issues with a script basically,
so even a Native German data entry person would work.
