Description
PULLING
Pulling high volumes of loans in terminal digit order requires going up and down ladders, bending down to pull files and walking in out two story vault.
FILLING
Filling high volumes of loans and trailing documents, requires going up and down ladders and bending down to file loans in shelves.
SORTING
Sorting high volumes of loans, files and/or trailing documents
SHIFTING
Shifting may be required on times. It consists of transferring loans or boxes from one location of the vault to another location. Involves pulling files or boxes from shelves to carts and then transfer them to their new location.
Reviewing Documents
Reviewing Trailing documents and collateral files to verify the integrity of them in our system.
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE
Research loans in our system when needed. Scan files using a hand held scanner. Reply to Outlook (e-mail) requests. System research for unable to locate files or documents. Balancing requests/populations (using variou
