Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a McKesson HBI Implementation Consultant to join our MCKESSON PRACTICE GROUP.
The qualified candidate will possess the required skills, education, and will be able to travel to client locations throughout the United States 75% and work from home 25%.
Job Responsibilities:
File building, documentation, and project management of the system implementation
Serve as the primary contact for the application design, order set design, workflow standardization and any issues that arise from the client
Assist the client with development of systems operations, policies, and application monitoring
Assisting the project team in developing, monitoring, and managing technology support and operational implementation work plans
Providing training, testing, and support during the implementation cycle
Required Skills:
Expert level skills in designing and developing reports for clinical systems
Report writing experience
Report distribution
Business analysis experience and healthcare/clinical systems
Experience with the building of Horizon Business Insight application
Understanding of hospital reporting needs and management
Experience managing projects and working with project management methods and tools, and excellent communications skills
Desired Skills:
Experience in the use of a variety of databases, preferably SQL Server and Oracle
Ability to work effectively with limited direction
Experience with major report system implementations
Microsoft Project experience
