Job Description 

We currently have full time and part time positions available for an inbound call center. These positions are seasonal, starting in late December and going through February / March.  Pay rate is $9.50-$10/hour.

Duties will include:

  • Answering inbound phone calls from customers

  • Resolving customers’ inquiries such as: card balance, PIN re-set, initial report of lost/stolen card, and card activation

  • Providing excellent customer service

  • Using moderate scripting for issue resolution

  • Data entry of customers’ information

  • Escalating any Tier 2 issues within the customer database

  • Responsible for accuracy in information provided to customers and information recorded in customer database

    Ideal candidates will have:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Computer literacy and experience with internet based computer applications

  • A high school diploma or GED is required

  • Previous customer service and call center experience is preferred

  • Willingness to work as part of a team, and openness to learning

    Candidates must be flexible with their schedules, especially during the first 2 weeks of training.  Must have the ability to work a varied schedule if required.
