Explosive Safety Analyst: Company Description:  For nearly 25 years our client has provided high-quality professional and consulting services a cadre of Federal government and DoD clients.  Of note, they???re experts in the explosives safety and at this time seek an additional Explosive Safety Analyst to join a fast growing team.

Job Description: Reporting to the Program Manger, you will provide explosive safety analyst support to include explosive site planning and explosive safety compliance verification for military clients world-wide.  You will evaluate sites for compliance with DoD explosive criteria, develop and review explosive site plans, develop and evaluate waiver requests for Q-D violations and prepare Site Plans and Explosive Safety Submission packages to the DoD???s Explosive Safety Board (DDESB). Familiarity with either ASHS or ESS automated explosive site planning tools and/or formal training in these tools is extremely beneficial. This is high-visibility opportunity in a company with a 25 year track-record of exemplary service to the DDESB.  Our client offers a competitive compensation package, $50 to $65k per year, perhaps more with the right skill sets plus excellent benefits, an outstanding working environment and the opportunity to travel to military installations throughout the world.

Qualifications:  

??         10 years experience DoD explosive safety

??         Working knowledge of the DDESB regulations & Working knowledge of ASHS or ESS

??         U.S. Citizenship,

??         Ability to obtain and hold a DoD security clearance

??         Ability to obtain and hold a US Passport

??         Ability to travel 25%

Preferred Attributes:

??         Bachelor???s degree preferred.

??         Proficient with MS Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
