Job Description

Manager's assistant unit will resolve escalated accounts utilizing available resources. They will handle escalated inbound calls from internal and external customers including complaints. They will aide in researching requests such as payoff, missing payments, etc. through completion. Will provide general specialist assistance on complicated calls and provide help with questions regarding procedures and policies.  Mau representatives will track all customer calls through an Access database and assist with training of new hires.

 


Job Requirements 

High School diploma/GED is required.  Candidate must have 1 year of bankruptcy experience. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to lead, develop, and work well in a team and shared knowledge environment.  Must demonstrate reliability and have above-average communication skills, patience, and the ability to empathize.  Strong analytical, organizational and follow-through skills are a necessity.  A strong working knowledge of bankruptcy process is a must. Needs to possess strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task, and have creative problem solving and negotiation skills. To enhance the day-to-day operations, the candidate should be proficient on a PC using various software applications:  Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.
